Yes--that was part of the excitement of the find.   New, stock ANSA 
Mangusta mufflers are about as common as rocking horse droppings!

Hall had a bunch for years, but over time they've all been purchased, and 
now nobody has them, and ANSA won't make them--even though it would be easy 
for them to do so.   They have been asked, and just can't be bothered.   It 
would be a trivial modification to the existing Ferrari mufflers that they 
are still making.

I think there's not much love lost between De Tomaso and ANSA, and that 
might have something to do with it, but more likely it's a simple case of 
inadequate demand.
