[DeTomaso] Ignition ket stuck in lock

Based upon the excellent advice of Dennis Quella at PPC in Colorado, I
placed a paper clip in my glove box for just this event.  When it finally
happened, I placed one end of the clip in a small hole on the top of the
ignition key switch, pressed downward and removed the errant key forthwith.
Cleaning the switch is the long term cure, but the paper clip worked quite
well.
