[DeTomaso] Passenger Window Frame Needed

I am presently restoring a Pantera and in need of the passenger door frame that surrounds the window. I do not require the trim that adheres to it. This section of the door is welded to the lower part of the door.

A piece that is from a damaged door would be fine and probably preferred. If the frame surround is bent or twisted, that is probably also fine as I assume we could work it back to shape or section what we require.

Our challenge is that when the trim was removed, it was discovered that the frame had badly rusted and does not appear repairable. Fabbing up a replacement section will be a challenge as the measurements must be very precise to accommodate the trim which is pressed into place. The area of the frame that gives us the greatest concern is where the forward top corner is atop the pseudo side vent window.

I realize that there is presently an entire passenger door for sale on EBay, but we would like to escape this predicament with less money out of pocket if possible.

Anyone have a thrashed passenger door or the ability to direct us to a resource? I do have a couple of leads I am chasing down before calling the vendors.

Thanks
JT
