Not only 'no', but 'hell no'.   The clutch line is subject to very high 
pressures (hundreds of psi) which a fuel line could never withstand.

It's very easy to replace the existing hard line with a duplicate; you can 
buy them pre-cut with the proper fittings, from one of the vendors, if you 
aren't equipped to make your own.   They normally come rolled up in a box; 
you have to straighten them out before installing, which only takes a few 
minutes.
