[DeTomaso] head drilling for air release

If the water entering the engine is very cold 
and water circulation at the same time is slow, 
the cylinders will run cooler than the heads. 
This results in higher cylinder wear, which is 
one reason why the reverse cooling was used. 

If the water velocity is too low temperature 
differences becomes too great between the blocks 
and cylinder heads and the water can start to 
boil around the exhaust channels of the heads. 
We should therefore not expose the engine for 
heavier loads while the thermostat is completely 
or partially blocking the flow of water in the 
engine, to prevent from temperature differences.
