[DeTomaso] head drilling for air release

I found out from a Ferarri friend, the recommended procedure for his 
Ferarri is to run a tube from a top radiator bleed back to the swirl 
tank.  Run the engine until there are no air bubbles, then seal the 
radiator bleed.  All done.
