I like Char-Grill in Raleigh http://www.chargrillusa.com/
The one on Atlantic Ave has a monthly cruise-in.  Grill-57 has
automotive decor and fashioned after drive-in-grills of the '50s and
even has a bigger monthly cruise-in, but Char-Grill is the original.
Better steakburgers too :)
