[DeTomaso] head drilling for air release

Grease up the drill just before your break thru the iron, and do the same 
to the tap, and not enough shavings will drop inside to cause any trouble. 
The main difficulty is drilling holes such that it's at the topmost part of 
the water jackets for maximum air evacuation. And since the heads are 
asymmetric, each head will be different when viewed from the backside. If you have a 
junk head, you can experiment to get the optimum placement. I sawed up a 
head and published photos in the April '03 POCA News, showing exactly where 
the bleed holes should be placed (assuming Ford made all-identical castings).
