Correct me if I'm wrong here but isn't every Cleveland block potentially a 4 bolt main block by simply drilling and tapping 2 more holes per main? i.e. there's nothing special about a 4 bolt main block other than the mains and depending on who you listen too it's questionable whether the 4 bolt offer any advantage over a 2 bolt for a street engine as the Cleveland has other weaknesses and primary points of failure.

 

Personally, I would not touch an already 30 over block without an accompanying sonic test certificate.
