[DeTomaso] More cruise control issues

On a manual trans car, you don't use the cruise control as you shift gears.  You put it in top gear, and hit the cruise.  Or, I guess you could put it in a lower gear and hit cruise, but that's pretty stupid.

Since you aren't shifting gears, it should work okay to get a signal from the tach.
