[DeTomaso] Clock repair

The Veglia Borletti electric quartz analog clock in 5186 has run faithfully for the last 23 years but started to get a little noisy the last couple of years and started losing time this year.   Can someone give me a recommendation on where to pursue getting it repaired?  Haven't found any local options here in Iowa. 

I would like to find out how much a working clock is worth to me.
