If it was driven hard, chances are that's exactly what would happen! :>)

Actually, if you have a stock (small) rear bar and no front bar, it might 
be close to neutral, but there would probably be objectional amounts of body 
roll.   Having proper bars front and rear is a much better solution IMHO.
