[DeTomaso] Tach Problem

Dave, I too use the 8920, mine melted twice. The first was replaced. the second was sent back to msd and they fixed it. I run a 5 amp fuse to the 12 volt input and have blown hat fuse on occasion. It has been working for over a year now. I recommend the light fuse, and also be aware of the potential smoke or fire from a melting unit. Mine is mounted in the engine bay behind water bottles.
