To add to what Mike Drew mentioned:

If you send a clear photo of the VIN plate in the front trunk 
(so the full VIN is readable), and a couple of new photos of the car
in general, this will be enough to update the DeTomaso Registry entry.

So start by creating a login at www.ProvaMo.com (The Home of the DeTomaso Registry)
Use your brother's e-mail address, of if he does not have one, your own.

Then send your photos to editor1 at provamo.com.  The system will automatically
process your photos, update the database, set you (your e-mail address) as owner,
upgrade your login with full Registry access, and send you an automatic e-mail
regarding your new account, which is the indication that it has completed.


As for the ownership history, I suspect you bought it from Egil Sandvik, who
lives in the small village of Aasgaardstrand.  He imported the car into Norway from 
the USA, in 2008.  It was offered for sale on 5/15/2008 by Pantera International.
Photos, details, mileage, etc are in the Registry, along with earlier ownership history.

Hello, my brother bought an Pantera with vin 1585 yesterday....,

It´s an great looking car, but we are a little short on history on it..

It´s an 1971 model, witch was bought from Hall Pantera last year(and shipt
to Norway), The only thing we know are that one of the former owners was
someone called Joe Loe Bue ??, and that the car was rebuild in the
early/middel of the 90´s to gr 4 in steel, and should have won 26 !!
trophies from/in BG Peso - but since we live on the other side of big
sea..., we dont have an clue about what this is....


Can anyone point us in any direction ?, or help us with some information
around this ?
