[DeTomaso] Tach wiring help needed

FWIW, 
At the rear of the  Pantera tach you must have three wires: 
All orientations are  with the tach mounted and as viewed from behind. 
A Light Blue wire  which is +12V from Fuse #12 when the key is on. This 
wire must go to the bottom  terminal near the center of the unit marked +12. 
A Blue/Black wire  which is the tach signal from the ignition coil negative 
terminal if you have an  OEM points/coil system or from the tach output of 
a tach adapter if you have an  electronic ignition system. This wire must go 
to the top terminal near the  center of the unit marked TACH. 
A Black wire which is  the chassis ground for both the lamps and the 
tachometer meter circuitry. This  wire must go to the terminal riveted to the case 
near the bottom left  edge and unlabeled. This ground connection is for 
both the lamp circuits  via the tachometer case, and thru the "knob" between 
the +12 and TACH  terminals to the meter movement.
