[DeTomaso] Passing emissions - or anyone got a carb for me?

A trick frequently used here to get some extra margin is to add alcohol 
to the fuel.

If you have E85 nearby, add about 10-15% of that, or a couple of quarts 
of alcohol based gas-line antifreeze.

Simple and effective.
