[DeTomaso] Mangusta front wheel axle / bearings and front turn signals

Some quick notes on Mangusta front wheel bearings and spindles:
The left and right sides are different, the right side is convential right  
hand thread, while the left side is reverse threaded. The brake caliper  
brackets and steering arms can be completely unbolted from the spindle, so  
it is necessary to assemble the correct steering arm and caliper bracket  
onto the correct spindle.
