That's Patrick Hals, and the Candy car, #2862.   It hasn't actually turned 
into a court case; at this point it's just a low-grade pissing contest.   
Everybody in the world knows that Patrick's car is the real one, and the 
Italian owner of the fake, if he's smart, will put his schwantz away first. :>)
