[DeTomaso] "Flash-to-Pass" turn signal stalk switch

I am looking for one of these Flash-to-Pass switches.

I have a USA style switch (or many other parts) to trade, or will pay cash.

OK- so there's a wiring or as-built difference inside the late Pantera turn 
signal switch itself that early cars and maybe the U.S- bound Amerisports 
didn't have? Kirk- is that correct? And do you happen to know the source of
