[DeTomaso] VIN placement

regarding the VIN plate on the dash has always been a USA thing.
I`ve not heard about another country ( Europa) that stated that the VIN tag 
must be visible true the front window.
In the later year all cars Europeen or Japaneese has the tag just for the 
Usa market.
