Mike,

The alternator does not put out 150 A continously. It has the ability to do so if required but the Pantera simply won't consume that much unless you add monster driving lights en masse or other power consuming equipment. If everything else is left unchanged replacing a stock alternator with a 150 A unit will not change the strain on the electric system at all.
