Maybe. Some decklid lift cylinders have different sized ends and early & 
late cars have varying thread welded nuts, so they may use different thread 
bolts and/or inserts in the cylinder's clevis ends. And if the car has 
aftermarket cylinders, some Hall cylinders have a blade-type end instead of a 
clevis, but the fastener on the rod-end unscrews so it's replaceable. Welcome to
