There are mild steel necks around; when I made my own tanks, I used 
aluminum necks on aluminum tanks. Both those type necks are available from 
Speedway, Summitt and Jegs speed shops. Stainless necks will likely be billet-made 
maybe by a local craftsman at this point. Good luck- J Deryke
