[DeTomaso] Pantera A/C compressor bracket

I tried to find info on mechanical pump flowrates... Nobody seems to publish it. Or, at least, that I could find.
Besides, the mechanical pump is pumping the least at low rpm. My car didn't get hot at speed.
Just soaking in the traffic in Texas 100degF heat. It doesn't do that any more.
