[DeTomaso] Pantera A/C compressor bracket

Kirby is using a remote pump rated at 55gpm on his GT40.  He has had his on
the track and didn't have any cooling issues that I'm aware of.

Yes, it was Stefan, but I also received comments from others that had 
seen cars having cooling problems due to the electric pump they were using.
