No those are Wilkinson forged 17x8 fronts and 18x9.5" rears. Those replaced Marino's 16-17 billet wheels in 2005.

I'm pretty sure MD had Pantera East 16's/17's in that photo.

The Pantera East clones look great in 16/17.

I like the look of Kodiak 17's/18's like on Dave Bell's car too.  They look great.

I don't like the Pantera East 17's/17's.  They look too big on the front.

I haven't seen Pantera East 18's on the back.  It might look okay to have 17/18's.

John Taphorns Fikse wheels look great too.  I believe they're 17's/18's.

245-45-16 fill the front wheel well really well.

335-35-17 fill the rear.  They look at little too large, though.  315's might look better.  315's are supposed to handle better - from what I've heard.
