[DeTomaso] car dormant runs poorly ?

addendum:

it ran perfectly when i put it up a month or so ago and air fuel ratio etc was optimal on dyno with new edelbrock carb.  it did take a minute to get it stated today but no obvious backfire or anything when it did start
