[DeTomaso] gumball detomaso pantera clutch

Dear Friends ,
The engine and ZF have been pulled from my car.I am planning this weekend  
to separate the ZF from the engine . Now that the engine and ZF are out of 
the  car I think it would be a good time to replace the clutch,throwout 
bearing now .  I have never done this job before.Does this involve any special 
tools? Is this a  simple job to replace the clutch and bearing or is this very 
involved.
