mike,'You know there are millions of European cars on the eastern side of
the US. But When I ask for a part they say for what kind of car? And when I
say a "Detomaso Pantera "
all I get are blank stares. I am familiar with Google , I even used it once.
That's the reason I asked if you new the dimensions and thread size so I
could know what to ask for. I could also order the part from one of our
beloved Pantera Vendors but I was trying to find one locally so I would be
able to install it sometime in the near future , like today . Since the
probability of that happening is fading fast I will probably resort to plan
B which is to call a Pantera Vendor. Surprisingly they don't even all have
the part nor can they ( or will they) divulge the apparently top secret size
/ description ( the information one would need to avail themselves of the
benefits of access and use of google Or one of the many other search
engines. If I spoke Chinese I would even try Bidu or Sohu. I will continue
in my excercise in frustration and see he gives up first me or the Pantera.
