[DeTomaso] NPC Garage insulation

Styrofoam, it's a very good idea and has very good insulation values. I
was going to propose styrofoam myself but I figured that I sound critical,
but I do not like mineral wool, it is emitting dust in the form of small
fibers, especially a door that closes and opens.
