Ah, no Kirk, YOU have to supply the gear ratio:

28" circumference covers X distance (1 mile) at 15 MPH.

 

Then the number of revolutions times the gear ratio gives the number of engine RPMs.

 

Or something like this. I'm under heavy cold meds right now.
