As I said, I have 4ea.   90 degree fittings and two cut underbody water 
pipes all UN-BEADED, and have never had a hose blow off. In fact, I have to run 
a thin screwdriver between hose and unbeaded fitting to free them up when 
I'm working in that area. Beading thickwalled stuff like the fittings is 
risky- they sometimes crack. If you must, use SO Bills method of soldering a 
thin wire around the periphery to simulate a bead. SS tubes and copper fittins 
braze and silver-solder beautifully. But IMHO its wasted effort.... FWIW- J
