I'm running an aluminum also and it's fine for street or track.

Subject: [DeTomaso] first post, pretty good question. Alumium Flywheel for
the street?
My nine truckloads of Mangusta came with 3 flywheels, 2 steel and one
brand new centerforce aluminum one.
Does anybody have experience with this flywheel being TOO light for the
street? You know, crawling over speed bumps where everything hits, backing
up slowly because you can't see, etc.
I am concerned because I have had a car (Mazda) where the flywheel was too
light, and I have some cars now with standard flywheels that seem pretty
sprightly.
