It's not available anymore.   I went to both Lowe's and Home Depot on the 
hunt for Charlie, with no luck with this specific brand.   However, I found a 
nominally identical product called "NOALOX", which is an anti-oxidant joint 
compound.   It comes in 1/2 oz tubes for under $3.   So I got some for 
Charlie, and for me.
