I am using the full amount of adjustment. I have been up to 150+ at the Daytona track and it has tracked beautifully. I have not had the caster checked but will in a couple of weeks. I'll report what the setting is.

Are you using the full 3/4"? A quick calculation gives that this would result in about 6-7° of caster with the offset bushings I already have.
