Them's salary people. I would guess that they are making $80K - $100K per
year + overtime + benefits. When I worked for John Deere I wondered how they
could make a profit. Their ratio of salary employees to hourly employees was
1.8 : 2.

 

 

How about the small number of people on the product development teams who
create the cars, how much an hour should they make?
