[DeTomaso] 4V heads and roller rockers

It's wasn't strictly for "roller rockers," it's a -must- if you want to 
use "adjustable" rockers.  UNLESS you get a conversion stud kit, like 
Crane sold and I have on my Mach I.  This foregoes the machining process 
and allows you to use a stud that an adjustable rocker uses.  If you'd
