Here's my situation....
I have a 393 Cleve stroker. It had an older Haltech system  in it last year that nobody wanted to tune. It dyno'd at 380 rwhp and 402 ft/lb torque with a very rich tune.
I changed the ECU to FAST and also the ignition system from Mallory  to MSD.
I got it on the dyno and it was dying at 4000. We tee'd in a fuel press gauge and it nosedived at 4000.
I was hoping it was in the filters but I don't think so because the tank was removed this past winter and it was previously sealed and clean.  I have a small pre-filter before pump and large Bosch filter after.
How do I test my pump? Can I test it with the regulator by filling a bucket and test flow at  my required pressure?
