I have run the aeromotive a-1000 pump with filters
for over 4 years on the Pantera... I use a -10 line to
a aeromotive regulator then -8 return to tank and
two -6 lines to the carb... yes a carb but it is a nascar
830 Holley and running the return keeps the fuel cool
the bigger lines make sure it does not starve... this
motor is 411 inch Windsor with approx 600 ponies
We spin it to 6800 and lean on it

You must feed the beast... as my engine builder stated
many times if you starve the thing it will lean out and
fry the insides... not good

I will be running the same fuel system on my Pontiac
which dynoed out at 755hp with 635 lbs of torque
Motor is featured in the June issue of Popular Hot Rodding
I have to change the tank and fuel lines in that car now
or the motor will fry itself

Bob Benson #3 Pantera
