[DeTomaso] Dead In The Water

We can turn this into the sequel of MF's broken cam game. 

I agree with Asa Jay - it COULD be so many things - you need more data
points. 

I wouldn't rule out non-electrical things. A survivor car, right? Plugged
fuel filter?
