How many months have you been working on this DMV licensing BS ?  What the hell
happened to the man I used to respect and admire?  Are you just looking for an
excuse not to come up and race me next weekend or whats the deal? This is not
Socialist Norway or Germany.....you don't need no stinkin papers.

Art who is all most never right may have got lucky here with the right partial
answer. Throw all your paperwork sheeit in the car. Get in the car and drive to
Ely slacker. IF you get stopped, tell the officer I HAVE your paperwork and give
him my cell number. I'll then confirm you are who you say you are (IT WILL
COST YOU!) and you then will have no other issues.

Bjoern,
     I haven't read all your posts but,  It sounds like you have gone to 
great lengths to get this taken care of.  I would say,  even if you don't 
receive your documents in time,  just take copies of what you have; 
receipts,  correspondence etc.,  and go have fun.  Even if you do get pulled 
over,  which is unlikely,  show the officer everything you have done and 
explain your situation.  I think you'll be fine,  It's not like there
going 
to put you in prison and start waterboarding you.  :-)))
