Forgive me for asking, but I've never, ever heard of a stock headlight
relay failing. Headlight switches, and limit switches fail all the time
however.
Have you actually determined that your relay has conked out? I'd hate to
see you go down a blind alley, as I suspect replacements would be
fantastically expensive. I'm as electrically challenged as they come, so I can't
offer any specific testing advice, other than to make absolutely positive that
your relay is the culprit before contemplating its replacement.
Wilkinson lists them for a hair under $170, but his website hasn't been
updated in awhile, so you've got to take that with a grain of salt.
Interestingly, he lists two versions (before and after serial #5900); I wonder what
the difference is?
