[DeTomaso] Cleaning rust out of the console heater tubes

Thanks again Tomas.  This trick will be to get some gunk out of the pipes
first so it doesn't clog up my heater core.

Yep, I have one of these as well, and it trapped a lot of gunk when first
installed, although much gunk had already been trapped in my stock radiator
:-( I'm using a Fluidyne aluminum radiator now.

I have checked the Tefba a few times since I instaleld it, and there is only
occasional minor rust flakes caught now.
