Hello all.
Regarding master cylinder replacement
In '83 I got from Gary an master cylinder AND adapter needed to adapt said
MC to Pantera power brake unit. The master was from a '69-'70 Mustang with
front discs. Lines were connected to left side of mc. The front line outlet
had an residual pressure valve inserted which accommodated the Mustang
rear DRUM brakes.
Simply screwing a small sheet metal screw in this fitting and pulling it
out made it exactly like the other line.
This master cylinder is very inexpensive today and available at all, or
nearly all parts houses. Removing the rpv is all that's necessary for 4 wheel
discs.
