    I thing the description says it specifically does not have the weights, that's probably what makes it a "Pantera" pressure plate.

On the chance that, once it shows up at your house and the 3 finger levers 
possibly have centrifugal bob-weights on them, it is possible to cut/grind 
them off to clear the inside of a Pantera bellhousing. Its easier when the 
pressute plate is disassembled but the job can be done assembled with more
