[DeTomaso] NPC - Pay Per Click Advertising help wanted

Does anybody out there in Pantera land have a contact, business or any
insight into Pay Per Click marketing.
I'm currently doing a campaign with Yahoo ( who are amazing to work with)
can't seem to do squat with Google, can't even talk to them, they don't
answer the phone and their forum is a nerdy smart ass comment database.
sad, I had great respect for the brand until I started doing this project.

Any help or contact forwarding would be appreciated.
