.... and besides what AJ said, be very sure the FLAT part of the rocker 
pivot shaft is pointing upward. This flat accepts the flat bottom of the 
adjusting nut; trying to do it the other way around puts the flat nut-bottom on 
the curved hardened shaft, and no matter how tight you get the adjustment, 
they WILL loosen in a few miles. Comp Cams usually has decent installation 
instructions, but its easy to gloss over a 'little' thing like this. Also, don't 
try to tighten the inner setscrew in the adjusting nut to torque specs; the 
internal hex will tear out or the wrench will break. Insead, get it nice 'n 
tight, then while holding pressure on the allen wrench in the 
tighten-direction, turn the NUT in the tightening-direction maybe 1/8-turn more. This 
will really tighten the setscrew while not overloading the allen. It 
complicates the lash-adjustment because you have to set the lash not-quite-right, then 
add (or subtract) what the tightening-step gives you. A final reminder: 
ultra-precision in lash measurements is not very important; an 0.002" or so 
variance won't make (or lose) any measurable power on a street engine. 
Close-enough is all thats required. Good luck- J Deryke
