[DeTomaso] 1 wire alternator

To Chuck and All,

See the September 2000 Newsletter for directions on hooking up a 1-wire
alternator. I have not done this myself as I had my alternator rebuilt and
upgraded to 100 amps when I first got the car. I've not had to buy a new
alternator (yet).

Dear Will,

I am glad you asked that question. Since I am very challenged with normal
electrical wiring I have been loathe to even consider trying to simplify my
tasks by changing from the current non-gremlin infested (at present) wiring
condition. However, I have always wondered where the devil the "one wire"
goes and how it violates the concept that electricity must flow in a
circuit. We'll see shortly.

Good question, Chuck Electrically Challenged Engles
