The answer is: NO ONE ever made correct replacements.
none of the after market buckets fits 
or have the quality of the originals.
The HALL alloy ones are too straight  
and don't follow the curve in the door skin.
The plastic ones from Wilkinson and PI 
are made from cheap plastic and they are too weak.
Give Pantera East a call. They had some originals in stock.
My last two original sets will go into my cars.
