Casisdiam coating is also what some people use to coat their skulls. This
makes them super hard and is normally only applied to skulls that are
already "thicker then average" it is used to prevent any progressive ideas
from entering the brain pan of these so called "thick skulled "
individuals. Occasionally these "thick skulls " have inadvertently let
things like "facts" and " The truth"penetrate the outer boundary of their
thick skulls which is their first line of defense against "reason and
Logic" but immersing their heads in casidiam coating they are able to
prevent this unfortunate and unwelcome mishap from recurring. With the
application of the casidiam the only way for a progressive idea or one of
those pesky "Facts" to penetrate the now additionally hardened "thick
skull" is by the direct application of the "new idea" into the "softer
inner layer" some times known as the " brain" The penetration of the
hardened outer boundary is usually only possible if the "idea is applied
directly to the "head area" at the end of a 20lb sledge hammer and
introduced to the hardened thick skull by repeated blows to the "idea
resistant area" It usually works and has had little detrimental effect on
the intelligence quotient of th subject. This fact has been difficult
to corroborate due
to the fact that theses individuals usually have an "Intelligence quotient"
that is so low it is beyond the limit of accurate measurement. The ability
to measure changes to numbers so small test the limitations of current
equipment designed for the task. It is projected that as advances in nano
technology progress the ability to accurately measure the change in the
subjects 'IQ" will be able to be accomplished with more accuracy giving
a definitive answer to the question of any detrimental effect of attempting
to penetrate the Casisdiam layer with this "ground breaking ' technology. It
has been suggested as a follow up to the "no child left behind" program
introduced during the Bush administration. It is tentatively being called
the "No brain left behind" program. Due to the current state of the
economy funding remains uncertain.
